MS Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect

Role : D365 CRM Solution Architect

Experience : 10- 15 Years.

Job Location : Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Mumbai / Kolkatta / NCR.

Note : Candidate should be willing to travel to Onsite.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and data models.

- Provide technical leadership across modules like :

1. Sales

2. Customer Service

3. Marketing

4. Field Service

- Design integrations with external systems using :

1. REST/SOAP APIs

2. Azure services

- Ensure best practices in :

1. Security model

2. Performance optimization

3. Data governance

- Guide development teams on :

1. Plugins, workflows, Power Automate

2. Customizations and extensions

- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards.

- Lead client discussions, workshops, and solution demos.

- Support pre-sales, estimations, and proposal development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (10+ years overall IT).

- Expertise in :

1. Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)

2. Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

- Hands-on experience with :

1. C#, .NET, JavaScript

2. Dataverse

- Strong understanding of :

1. CRM architecture & design patterns

2. Integration frameworks

- Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).

- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Domain experience (BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, etc.).

Nice to Have :

Experience with :

- Power BI

- AI Builder

- Omnichannel solutions

- Exposure to migration/upgrade projects (on-prem to cloud).
