Job Description :

Core Responsibilities :

- 5-8 years in Dynamics 365 Marketing / CIJ

- Strong understanding of CIJ RTM features : events, segments, branching journeys

- Hands-on with journey orchestration, goals, suppression rules, exit conditions

- Experience configuring consent & compliance profiles with regional logic

- Strong template-building skills : email, SMS, dynamic text, personalization

- Good analytical skills for interpreting journey insights & performance

- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills

- Lead functional design and configuration for CIJ real-time marketing

- Configure real-time events, event triggers, and event-based conditions

- Build real-time segments (behavioral, event-driven, attribute segments)

- Design customer journeys with branching logic (conditions, A/B splits, wait conditions, exit rules)

- Configure brand profiles, compliance profiles, consent center, subscription centers

- Build email/SMS/WhatsApp templates with personalization
