Key Responsibilities :

Application Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales and Customer Service modules).

- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET.

- Customize CRM forms, ribbons, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.

- Build and enhance Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.

- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and business process automation.

Integration & Architecture :

- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with internal and external systems using REST APIs and Web Services.

- Develop Azure-based integrations using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.

- Ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability of CRM solutions.

- Participate in solution design, architecture reviews, and best practice implementation.

Data Management & Reporting :

- Work with Dataverse for data modeling, security, and governance.

- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and FetchXML.

- Support data migration, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities.

- Monitor and optimize CRM performance and data quality.

Ideal Candidate :

Mandatory Skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).

- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service modules.

- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and CRM SDK.

- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript customization and client-side scripting.

- Experience with Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate.

- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, CRM security model, and data management.

- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.

- Experience with Azure DevOps, ALM processes, solution management, and deployments.

- Experience in Power BI reporting, FetchXML, and CRM performance optimization.
