MS Dynamics 365 CRM Architect

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

- Dynamics 365 Solution Architect/ Sr Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in development projects.

- Must have hands-on experience in 4-6 large, end-to-end implementation cycles as a Solution Architect/ Technical Consultant.

- Must have hands-on experience in modules like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Services.

- Must have hands-on experience in using OOB features and configuration, building and using custom components.

- Must have hands-one experience in Dataverse, Power Platform, SQL Server, 3rd party integrations and accelerators/ add-ins.

- Must have hands-one experience various Azure Apps Services including in Azure Logic Apps.

- Hand-on, practical experience in Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation of enterprise-scale apps.

- Hand-on experience working in projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Experience in Copilot for Sales is desirable.

- Learning mindset to learn new technologies and solve complex business problems.

- Team player/ Lead who can work independently or in teams.

- Experience in leading teams and working in onsite-offshore model.

- Having deep customer-centric mindset.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Problem-solving attitude with proactive mindset.

- Hands-on experience working on Azure is desirable.
