Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


- Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service & Sales modules to align with business processes and requirements.

- Develop and document functional design specifications for customizations and integrations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- BFSI experience is preferred

- Ability to work with senior stakeholders

Key Qualifications :


- Experience : 3-7 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development roles, with a strong background in CRM implementation and support

- Knowledge : Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules, functionalities, and customization & integration capabilities

- Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

- Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Education : Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 certifications) are preferred

Desired Skills and Experience :


- Experience in customization and extension of Dynamics 365 CRM - client side customization using java scripts, web resources etc, server side customization using C# & .Net assemblies

- Java scripting frameworks like Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, JQuery, CSS, HTML 5, AJAX

- Developing REST APIs Integration experience with external systems through REST APIs. Both with and without middleware.

- Server administration and Deployment for MSCRM application

- Working knowledge of source control tools like GIT, VSS etc.

- Working knowledge of Power apps, Power pages, Power Automate, PowerBI preferred

- Data migration experience either through a tool or through MS Dynamics feature.

- Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Application servers, Database Services, Service Bus)
