MS Dynamics 365 Consultant

Description :

Role : D365 Supply Chain Management Consultant.

Location : Offshore.

Employment Type : Full Time.

Experience : 8+ years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Address incidents and functional issues in supply chain domains, performing triage and

system resolution.

- Participate in configuration and validation of asset management (maintenance scheduling,

work orders, asset tracking).

- Collaborate with finance and technical teams to resolve integration issues (PO automation,

ACH/banking interfaces).

- Document solutions, system changes, and contribute to support runbooks and playbooks.

- Optimize and streamline supply chain workflows in D365 FO for improved business impact.

- Facilitate knowledge transfer, training, and process walk-throughs for new team members.

- Support quarterly upgrade testing and post-upgrade process validation.

Qualifications & Skills :

modules; D365 certification a plus.

- Familiarity with inventory flow, procurement, asset management, and ERP incident

management.

- Ability to synthesize complex issues and recommend effective process improvements.

- Experience in documentation and operational reporting.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
