Role Overview :

As an AI Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying advanced AI solutions that empower clients with actionable insights, automation, and digital transformation. Youll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, design scalable AI systems, and support end-to-end model development across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities :

AI/ML Development & Research :

- Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models, including Generative AI (GenAI), LLMs, RAG architectures, Text-to-SQL systems, and Variational Autoencoders.

- Implement Human-in-the-Loop frameworks to improve model accuracy and output quality.

- Conduct model evaluations, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and performance optimization.

Solution Design & Architecture :

- Architect AI solutions tailored for enterprise use cases across domains like automation, analytics, and decision support.

- Integrate AI components with existing enterprise systems and modern data platforms.

- Define scalable patterns for model deployment and maintenance.

Cloud & Platform Engineering :

- Build and deploy AI solutions using AWS services such as Bedrock, Glue, OpenSearch, EKS, and related cloud-native tools.

- Ensure data availability, security, and scalability across cloud environments.

Data Engineering & Integration :

- Work with Snowflake, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing solutions to ensure high-quality data for machine learning use cases.

- Support ETL migration, data modeling, and creating reusable data assets for AI workflows.

MLOps & ML Lifecycle Management :

- Implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining.

- Standardize ML pipelines for reproducibility and efficient deployment.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless production rollout.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, data engineers, and solution architects to translate requirements into AI-powered solutions.

- Present insights, recommendations, and technical designs to both technical and non-technical teams.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal capability-building initiatives.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in GenAI, LLMs, Text-to-SQL, RAG frameworks, and VAEs.

- Solid understanding of ML algorithms, NLP pipelines, and model optimization techniques.

- Proficiency with AWS cloud ecosystem, particularly Bedrock, Glue, OpenSearch, and EKS.

- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, ETL development, and data warehousing concepts.

- Experience implementing end-to-end MLOps, including CI/CD, model monitoring, and pipeline management.

Professional & Leadership Skills :

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with senior stakeholders.

- Strong solution design mindset with experience working in enterprise environments.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- 5- 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles.

- Experience working in consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise-scale projects.

- Certifications in AWS, ML, or related areas (preferred but not mandatory).
