Mr. Cooper - Principal UX Designer - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design processes for high-impact initiatives, from discovery to delivery.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.

- Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design practices.

- Influence product roadmaps through data-driven insights and design thinking.

- Present design concepts and strategies to senior stakeholders and executives.

- Lead the adoption of AI-powered design tools to improve team efficiency and output quality

- Mentor designers on effective AI tool usage while maintaining design quality and originality

Qualifications :

- Proven track record of delivering impactful user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

- Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and design leadership.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in enterprise or SaaS product design.

- Background in user research or service design.

- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

- Thought leadership through talks, articles, or community involvement.

- Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies that enhance the design process.
