Description :

- Define and own the end-to-end architecture for full stack platforms (front-end, back-end, cloud, and integrations).

- Drive technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Design scalable, secure, and resilient systems leveraging modern frameworks (.NET Core, Java, Node.js, React, etc.)

- Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and reusable frameworks.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate

business needs into technical solutions.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption for platform modernization.

- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards.

- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of technical excellence.

- Lead architecture reviews, proof-of-concepts, and performance optimization initiatives.

- Partner with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments

(Azure/AWS/GCP).

- Provide guidance on AI/ML integration and automation opportunities for platform efficiency.

About You :

- 12+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in architecture

leadership roles.

- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex platforms with measurable business

impact.
