- Design, develop, and enhance MPLS and Segment Routing features

- Work on Label Distribution Protocol (LDP) functionality and enhancements

- Contribute to carrier-grade routing solutions within OcNOS and VirNOS

- Implement and troubleshoot LDP session establishment, label distribution, and LSP formation

- Handle LDP session protection mechanisms to ensure high availability and reliability

- Diagnose and resolve MPLS-related issues in large-scale networks

- Ensure seamless integration of LDP with IGPs such as OSPF and IS-IS

- Support LSP path computation based on IGP topology and metrics

- Develop high-performance networking software using C programming

- Debug, optimize, and maintain existing routing and MPLS modules

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in networking software development

- Strong understanding of MPLS fundamentals, including :

1. Label Switched Paths (LSPs)

2. Forwarding Equivalence Classes (FECs)

3. Label Switched Routers (LSRs)

- Hands-on experience with LDP troubleshooting and deployment

- Knowledge of OSPF / IS-IS and their interaction with MPLS

- Strong proficiency in C programming

Networking Knowledge :

- Solid understanding of routing protocols and carrier-grade networking concepts

- Experience working on network operating systems or routing stacks is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Segment Routing (SR-MPLS / SRv6)

- Familiarity with disaggregated networking architectures

- Prior experience working with service provider or carrier networks
