MPLS Engineer - Routing & Switching

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Lead IP/MPLS routing integration and migration projects.

- Configure and troubleshoot routers/switches (Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco, Juniper) using CLI.

- Implement and optimize L2VPN, L3VPN, VLL (epipe, apipe, cpipe), QoS, multicast, BNG.

- Perform deployment, migration, and integration in MPLS-based environments.

- Handle 5620 SAM for NE integration, software upgrades, backups, alarm monitoring, and interpretation.

- Conduct system testing of L2/L3 protocols in MPLS networks.

- Work on advanced IP solutions including IPv4/IPv6 routing, switching, and IP/MPLS services.

- Ensure protocol testing for static routing, OSPF, IS-IS, and BGP.

Required Skills (Mandatory) :

- Strong expertise in IP/MPLS Routing.

- Hands-on with L2/L3 VPNs, VLL, QoS, multicast, BNG.

- Proficiency in MPLS deployment, migration, and integration.

- In-depth knowledge of IPv4/IPv6, routing protocols, and IP/MPLS services.

- Advanced practical knowledge of 5620 SAM.

Certifications :

- Nokia NRS II Lab certification Mandatory.

- Cisco or Juniper specialist certifications Preferred advantage.
