Role Overview :

As a Senior Staff Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud data infrastructures and pipelines to solve business and client challenges.

You will enable analytics, reporting, and business intelligence by building robust data architectures and ensuring high-quality, reliable data delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and operate modern data architectures and pipelines for data processing, transformation, and delivery.

- Lead technical solutions for data orchestration, reporting, and BI.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Developers to deliver actionable data insights.

- Ensure high standards of data governance, quality, consistency, and reliability.

- Develop, automate, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years in data engineering, analytics, and BI.

- Strong knowledge of data streaming and ingestion pipelines (Kafka, API, SFTP).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data pipeline tools (SQL, ETL, Python, R).

- Expertise in integrating and transforming data from multiple sources.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Domo preferred, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.

- Experience in delivering data-driven insights for strategic decisions and product development.
