At Movius, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager who can drive large, cross-functional initiatives and lead distributed teams operating across multiple time zones.

This role demands strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and ensure seamless program execution.

You will play a key role in aligning project outcomes with business goals, proactively managing risks, and fostering collaboration across global teams.

Proficiency in Jira and other Atlassian tools is essential for success in this role.

What Youll Do :

- Lead and manage complex, multi-team programs across geographies and time zones.

- Work closely with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively.

- Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and timelines.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.

- Drive program tracking, progress reporting, and transparency using Jira, Confluence, and related tools.

- Prepare and deliver program status updates and dashboards for senior leadership.

- Continuously improve program management frameworks, processes, and tools for efficiency and consistency.

What You Bring :

- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, preferably in technology or software development environments.

- Proven success managing distributed teams across global locations and time zones.

- Strong skills in risk management, dependency tracking, and mitigation planning.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools Jira, Confluence, and related integrations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
