- We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer / Lead Data Scientist with 8- 12 years of experience in NLP and LLMs, including leadership in designing, deploying, and scaling AI systems.

- This role involves strategic ownership of AI initiatives, mentoring junior engineers, and driving innovation in model development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and deployment of advanced NLP and LLM-based solutions across multiple domains.

- Architect and fine-tune foundation models (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral) for enterprise-grade applications.

- Build scalable microservices and pipelines for language understanding, entity recognition, and speech-to-text.

- Drive experimentation and performance optimization for latency, accuracy, and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, infra, DevOps) to ensure robust deployment and monitoring.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI strategy and roadmap.

- Ensure model security, observability, and compliance with best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8-12 years of experience in AI/ML, with deep expertise in NLP and LLMs.

- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and model deployment frameworks.

- Proven track record in building and scaling transformer-based models.

- Experience with MLOps platforms and production-grade deployment tools.

- Familiarity with RAG pipelines, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and speech-based systems.

- Strong understanding of model security, prompt injection risks, and observability.

- Strategic thinking and ability to align AI solutions with business goals.
