About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong programming skills and hands-on experience in back-end development, cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python development, REST API frameworks, and cloud-based applications, along with a solid understanding of Agile development practices.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using Python with strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

- Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.

- Work with the Mendix low-code platform and perform automated testing using Menditect.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.

- Utilize AWS cloud services including computer, storage, monitoring, and scheduling tools to build scalable applications.

- Write optimized SQL queries and manage databases using PostgreSQL and Amazon Redshift.

- Design and maintain scheduler jobs in Control-M, including batch processes, workflows, and event-based triggers.

- Perform regression testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable releases across environments.

- Debug, analyze, and optimize application performance to improve efficiency and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product teams within Agile/Scrum environments.

- Follow best practices for version control using Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.

Required skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.

- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and unit testing frameworks.

- Experience working with REST API frameworks such as Fast API, Flask, or Django REST Framework.

- Familiarity with Mendix platform and Menditect testing tools.

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

- Experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.

- Strong proficiency in Git version control and collaborative development workflows.

- Solid experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and Amazon Redshift.

- Experience with Control-M scheduling and batch workflow management.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
