Job description :

We are looking for Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

- Develop concepts, storyboards, and designs for animations, videos, and other multimedia content

- Create high-quality motion graphics and animation using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D

- Collaborate with other designers, writers, and stakeholders to develop effective visual communication strategies

- Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard

- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their vision and goals are incorporated into the final product

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, freelancers, and vendors as necessary to ensure successful project completion

- Knowledge of design principles and techniques, such as color theory, typography, and layout

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other designers, writers, and stakeholders

- Experience in video editing , motion graphics and 3D design experience will add an advantage.

- Website Application UI / UX Design (e - Commerce , Portal) will add an advantage.

- Experience of designing Social networking application is a bonus.

- Build Prototypes during the technical assessment stage of projects.

- Comfortable in a start - up culture based on respect , low hierarchy , high transparency and fast sprint work styles.

- Conceptualize, design, and execute animated graphics and motion graphic projects from initial storyboard to final render.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing) to understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling content & Ads.

- Proficiently utilize industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).

- Develop innovative and fresh ideas, pushing the boundaries of creative execution to elevate the impact of projects.

- Possess strong visual storytelling skills and effectively communicate complex information through engaging animation and visual design.
