Description :
- Design, develop, and integrate WiFi software components for Linux and Android-based In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) platforms.
- Develop and maintain WiFi Access Point (AP), WiFi Station (STA), and Wi-Fi Direct (P2P) functionalities compliant with 802.
11n/ac/ax standards and WPA2/WPA3 security protocols.
- Collaborate with networking, middleware, and hardware teams to ensure seamless integration of WiFi modules within infotainment systems.
- Capture and analyze WiFi sniffer logs (PCAP files) to identify and resolve connectivity, performance, and interoperability issues.
- Execute and support Wi-Fi Alliance Certification processes to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze and optimize WiFi throughput, latency, and connection stability under various environmental and system conditions.
- Customize Android AOSP and Linux network stacks to enhance WiFi functionality and reliability for automotive-grade performance.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field in Computer Science or Electronics.
- At least 3 to 6 years of experience in developing software components in WiFi technology for Linux and Android platforms.
- Good knowledge of WiFi features in In-Vehicle Infotainment systems.
- Strong in C, C++, and Java programming skills.
- Working experience in Android AOSP / Linux-based infotainment and build environments.
- Development experience in 802.11n, 802.11ac and 802.11ax standards and security standards like WPA2 and WPA3
- Development experience in building WIFI Access, WIFI Station and Wi-Fi Direct features.
- Good understanding of Linux and Android network stack.
- Proficient in capturing WiFi sniffer logs and analysing PCAP files.
- Execution experience in the Wi-Fi Alliance certification.
- Creative and strong problem-solving capability resulting in good solutions to technically complex software defects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
