Position Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for transforming complex technical information into user-friendly documentation.

Role & Responsibility :

- Translate technical details of the product into marketable content.

- Develop clear and comprehensive documentation for products, including installation guides, configuration guides, user manuals, release notes, features lists, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and API documentation.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather information for accurate content creation.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance, to understand technical aspects and gather information for documentation.

- Regularly update documentation to align with product updates, new features, and enhancements.

- Ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency in all documentation materials.

- Maintain a consistent writing style and ensure adherence to brand guidelines to create a unified and professional documentation suite.

- Implement best practices for technical writing to enhance clarity and readability.

- Solicit and incorporate feedback from users, support teams, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve documentation quality.

- Conduct reviews and revisions based on feedback to enhance the user experience.

- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions with development teams to stay informed about product updates and upcoming features

Ensure documentation reflects the latest changes and advancements in the AIOps product.

- Proficiently use documentation tools and version control systems to manage and organize documentation projects efficiently.

- Stay updated on industry-standard documentation tools and technologies.

- Conduct quality checks on documentation to identify and rectify errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.

- Ensure documentation complies with industry standards and meets the needs of the target audience.

- Create training materials for internal teams, customers, and partners to facilitate effective onboarding and knowledge transfer.

- Should possess a blend of technical proficiency, clear communication skills, adaptability, team spirit, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications :

- MBA in marketing + computer science background is preferred.

- Any form of technical education in digital marketing is preferred.
