As a Dynamics 365 candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and designing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)

What We're Looking For :

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our team.

Job Description :

- Gather, understand, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 functional Consultant.

- Lead or contribute to the design and implementation of D365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).

- Configure the Dynamics 365 platform : entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, etc.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis and assist in solution design workshops with stakeholders.

- Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.

- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft features, updates, and best practices in Dynamics 365

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

- 4+Years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365

- Strong functional knowledge of one or more modules : Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experience with data migration and integration tools like KingswaySoft, Scribe, or Azure Logic Apps.

- Familiarity with Dynamics 365

- Understanding of Common Data Service (Dataverse).
