API Product Management :

- Define and manage RESTful APIs supporting retirement advice, portfolio recommendations, and investment planning services.

- Work closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to design scalable and reusable API frameworks.

- Create API requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Ensure APIs meet performance, reliability, security, and compliance standards.

- Partner with internal and external stakeholders for seamless API integrations.

Agile Product Delivery :

- Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, release planning, and prioritization.

- Write detailed user stories and functional requirements.

- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and UX designers throughout the development lifecycle.

- Participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and product demonstrations.

Data & Analytics :

- Leverage analytics and customer insights to drive product decisions.

- Monitor API adoption, performance, uptime, and customer usage patterns.

- Define and track KPIs, product metrics, and business outcomes.

- Use data-driven insights to improve customer engagement and product effectiveness.

Stakeholder & Client Management :

- Collaborate with business leaders, engineers, architects, and global product teams.

- Lead client discovery sessions, implementation discussions, and product reviews.

- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.

- 5-10 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.

- Experience managing API-based products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software applications.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, and cloud technologies.

- Experience working closely with software engineering teams in Agile environments.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in FinTech, WealthTech, Retirement Solutions, Investment Management, or Financial Services.

- Experience building platform products, developer products, or API-first solutions.

- Knowledge of retirement planning, investment advisory platforms, or wealth management systems.

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Manager, or equivalent certification.

- Exposure to AI/ML-driven recommendation engines is a plus.
