- Collaborate delivery with Implementation (requirements) and Technical (design) resources and ensure transition from requirements and design to development activities for all projects.

- Monitor day-to-day operations of product(s), respond to and resolve issues, and manage the ongoing life cycle responsibilities for analytics products.

- Perform project reviews on a consistent basis to ensure delivery is on time and within budget to ensure profitability.

- Ensure that the resources, capabilities, and capacity are in place to meet both existing and new business demands.

- Evaluate new functionality that should be applied to existing products.

- Monitor the delivery process and placement of new products or enhancements.

- Conduct market share and product participation analysis, addressing issues as identified.

Key Skillset :

- Strong understanding of risk management areas, specifically in the areas of IFRS9, Model Risk Management, Stress Testing, Basel III/IV, RAROC.

- Data visualization, data representation, dashboards.

- Product development, customization and implementation experience.

- Excellent skills in conceptualization of a business problem and translating into desirable feature sets that can be developed as part of the product and bring efficiency for the end customer.

- Experienced in product development lifecycle management and has good understanding of the customer rollout and customer success.

- Good understanding of data management feature engineering requirements as per regulatory and audit purposes which are desirable by end users.

- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.

- Project Management of entire life cycle with skills including tracking, reporting, coordinating and resource management.

- Strong facilitation, team building, mentoring and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with attention to detail.

- Adaptability/flexibility in work style, Strong relationship-building and coordination skills, with both internal departments and external customers.

Experience & Education Required :

Qualifications :

- Post-Graduation (MBA) in Finance or other additional certifications such as FRM, CFA, PRM etc. would be an added advantage.

- Candidate should be a scholar from Tier 1/Tier 2 educational institutes of India or globally.

Years of Experience :

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience leading product management function in Risk Management and Regulatory Analytics is strongly preferred.
