Role Overview :

As a Lead Unity Developer, you will spearhead the technical direction of our gaming products, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, performant, and engaging user experiences. You will operate at the intersection of game design and software engineering, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into robust game architecture. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain scalable game systems within the Unity engine to support high-concurrency environments and ensure long-term product stability.

- Mentor a team of developers by conducting code reviews and establishing best practices to maintain high standards of software craftsmanship.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex game logic with backend services, ensuring seamless data synchronization and real-time gameplay.

- Optimize game performance and memory management to provide a consistent experience for users across a wide range of mobile and desktop hardware.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Unity3D and C# with 7 - 10 years of professional experience in building complex, high-traffic gaming applications.

- Strong proficiency in designing modular game architecture that allows for rapid feature iteration and easy maintenance.

- Proven ability to work with 3D assets and implement sophisticated game design mechanics that enhance user engagement and retention.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in real-time multiplayer environments.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative team efforts.
