About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Coordinator / Manager to oversee and deliver projects across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, excellent coordination skills, and a solid understanding of software development processes.

This role requires working closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, timely delivery, and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution :

- Lead end-to-end project coordination for mobile and web initiatives.

- Define, maintain, and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile environments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Act as the liaison between developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders.

- Ensure effective communication across internal teams and external clients.

- Facilitate resolution of project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.

Technical Oversight :

- Provide input on project architecture, technical feasibility, and feature implementation.

- Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

- Oversee deployments, release management, and post-launch support.

Process & Documentation :

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, integrations, and processes.

- Track productivity metrics and improve delivery efficiency.

- Implement risk management and issue mitigation strategies.

Technical Requirements

Tools & Platforms :

- Project Management : Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp

- Documentation & Collaboration : Confluence, Slack, MS Teams

Technical Knowledge :

- Basic understanding of mobile app development (iOS/Android) and web technologies.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git/version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Angular) and backend workflows.

Methodologies :

- Agile/Scrum project management practices.

- SDLC and DevOps collaboration models.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- Certifications : Not mandatory (Scrum Master, PMP, or Agile certifications are a plus).

Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing technical projects.

- Strong background in mobile and web app project coordination.

- Proven experience in client communication and stakeholder management
