Position Summary :
The Senior Integration and Implementation Consultant leads end-to-end integration and implementation projects for enterprise clients, specializing in Planview Suite products (including Portfolios, Project Place, and related tools). This role requires deep expertise in building scalable integrations using Planview Public APIs, managing complex multi-stakeholder environments, and driving high-adoption outcomes through technical leadership and strategic consultation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end integrations using Planview Public APIs (REST & SOAP), including design, development, testing, and deployment for Planview Portfolios and Suite products, ensuring seamless data flow and business alignment.
- Architect and implement integration solutions leveraging primary skills : Python, AWS, SQL, No-SQL databases, with hands-on experience in Planview Suite configurations and customizations.
- Conduct discovery sessions, analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical designs, gap analyses, and scalable solution patterns for large-scale implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, client stakeholders) to resolve technical issues, orchestrate onboardings, and provide training for high adoption of Planview tools.
- Mentor junior consultants, develop reusable frameworks and configurations, and contribute to process improvements based on client feedback and integration best practices.
- Support data migration, ETL processes using secondary tools like MuleSoft or Snaplogic, and Java-based developments while understanding codebases and frameworks.
- Manage project timelines, produce status reports, troubleshoot defects, and escalate strategic recommendations for product enhancements.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Planview Portfolios to optimize PPM workflows, reporting, and multi-entity integrations.
Required Qualifications :
Experience : 8-10 years in software implementation, integration consulting, or professional services, with proven track record in end-to-end integrations using public APIs.
Primary Skills (must-have) :
- Proficiency in Python, AWS, SQL, No-SQL.
- Planview Suite products knowledge (Portfolios, Project Place, etc.).
- Expertise in REST & SOAP APIs and Planview Public APIs.
Secondary Skills :
- Experience with ETL tools (MuleSoft, Snaplogic), Java, code/framework analysis.
- Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with strong communication for C-suite and technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications :
- History of building scalable, reusable integration patterns and mentoring teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms beyond AWS and project management methodologies.
- Willingness to travel 10-25% for on-site client support.
