Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GenAI Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building and deploying enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions, with hands-on experience in agentic RAG systems, enterprise integration, and hyperscaler or open-source AI stacks. This role demands strong solution design capabilities, problem-solving skills, and exposure to emerging AI trends.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop advanced Generative AI applications with a focus on agentic RAG and complex enterprise integrations.

- Implement enterprise-scale RAG architectures, including multi-threading, vector database optimization, and seamless integration with LLMs.

- Build and deploy AI solutions leveraging hyperscaler platforms such as AWS Bedrock, OpenSearch, OpenAI Foundry, Cosmos DB, or equivalent open-source stacks cloud.

- Integrate AI agents with business systems and MCP (Model Context Protocol) for scalable enterprise applications.

- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, Agentic RAG, predictive modeling, an ANN, applying them to solve real-world business problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution architecture, optimize performance, and ensure smooth deployment.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of software development experience with a strong background in AI/ML and GenAI applications.

- Proven experience delivering at least 2 projects involving agentic RAG and enterprise integrations.

- Expertise in complex RAG design, vector DBs, LLM integration, and enterprise-scale architecture.

- Hands-on experience with hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or open-source AI frameworks deployed on cloud.

- Strong knowledge of predictive modeling, artificial neural networks (ANNs) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and solution design skill
