Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead to drive end-to-end DevOps implementation and operations for enterprise-scale, cloud-native platforms. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD automation, security, and observability, along with leadership skills to mentor a DevOps team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms (EKS and self-managed clusters on EC2).

- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions with quality and security gates.

- Implement deployment strategies such as blue-green, canary, and rolling deployments using Helm.

- Lead infrastructure automation using Terraform across multiple environments.

- Ensure strong security practices including secrets management, IAM, RBAC, and certificate management.

- Build observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch, and lead incident management and RCA.

- Act as the primary DevOps contact and guide the team on best practices.

Required Skills :

- 7 to 10+ years of DevOps or Platform Engineering experience with strong AWS expertise, deep Kubernetes knowledge, proven Terraform experience, solid CI/CD and Helm skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with self-managed Kubernetes, Vault or advanced secrets management, service mesh exposure, SRE practices, and cloud certifications.
