Skills and Competencies :

- 12+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex, large-scale, multi-team initiatives with measurable business impact.

- Strong expertise in Java, Scala, C#, C++, or Python, with extensive experience building scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

- Deep knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, cloud-native technologies, containerized applications, and modern software architecture.

- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, performance optimization, scalability, reliability, and security best practices.

- Proven ability to influence technical strategy, lead organizational change, mentor engineering teams, and drive cross-functional alignment.

- Demonstrated commitment to engineering excellence through testing, observability, system health monitoring, and continuous improvement practices.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
