Role Summary :

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager who can bridge business needs and engineering execution.

The ideal candidate will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, and work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality products.

This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals

- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility

- Conduct market, competitor, and user research to inform product decisions

- Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Participate in architectural discussions and technical design reviews

- Understand system constraints, APIs, data models, and integrations

- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and grooming

- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning

- Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and minimal rework

- Act as the primary point of contact between business, engineering, design, QA, and operations

- Communicate product plans, progress, and risks to stakeholders and leadership

- Align cross-functional teams on scope, timelines, and success metrics

- Define success metrics and track product performance using analytics

- Gather feedback from customers, support, and internal teams to drive continuous improvement

- Make data-driven decisions to improve product adoption, usability, and performance

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 6 to 8+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or software engineering

- Strong technical background with experience in software development, APIs, or systems design

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Ability to write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and technical specifications
