Job Summary :
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to own the product lifecycle for our technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with product management skills to define, prioritize, and deliver features that meet business and customer needs.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to translate product vision into actionable deliverables.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Gather, prioritize, and manage requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
- Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions.
- Understand technical constraints and dependencies to make informed trade-offs between features, performance, and time-to-market.
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical insights during planning.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Drive product execution with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and alignment to product goals.
- Conduct product demos, usability tests, and user acceptance testing.
- Serve as a bridge between engineering, design, marketing, and business teams.
- Communicate product updates, trade-offs, and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Analyze user behavior and product usage to inform continuous improvement and roadmap adjustments.
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven experiments to optimize product features.
Required Skills & Technical Expertise :
- Strong understanding of software development, architecture, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with APIs, databases, and web/mobile application architecture.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Aha!.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to write technical specifications and user stories.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and product metrics
