About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SyteLine Functional Consultant with expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance modules to join our ERP implementation team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, configuring SyteLine ERP, and ensuring smooth delivery of end-to-end solutions aligned with organizational goals.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to drive process improvements and system optimization within the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business users to understand and analyze requirements related to SCM and Finance processes.

- Design, configure, and implement solutions in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Provide functional expertise in modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Production, Order Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.

- Conduct gap analysis between business needs and system functionality; propose effective solutions or system enhancements.

- Support end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.

- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, and process flow diagrams.

- Coordinate with technical teams for customization, integration, and reporting requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.

- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and migration projects as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 510 years of experience as a Functional Consultant with at least 3+ years in Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial ERP.

- Strong understanding of ERP business processes in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance domains.

- Hands-on experience in SyteLine configuration, setup, and process mapping.

- Good knowledge of Infor Mongoose Framework and integrations with third-party applications.

- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
