Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions.

The role involves working closely with HR stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient HCM solutions aligned with organizational needs.

Experience : 4 to 8 years (adjustable)

Department : HR Technology / IT / ERP

Location : On-site / Hybrid / Remote (as applicable)

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business requirements.

- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and translate HR needs into functional solutions.

- Configure business processes, approvals, workflows, and security roles.

- Work across one or more Oracle HCM modules, including :

1. Core HR

2. Global HR

3. Payroll

4. OTL (Time & Labor)

5. Absence Management

- Talent Management (Performance, Goals, Recruiting, Learning)

System Integration & Data Management :

- Support integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.

- Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation.

- Work with technical teams on reports, extracts, and integrations (HCM Extracts, HDL).

- Prepare and execute unit testing, system testing, and UAT.

- Support production deployments and post-go-live stabilization.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution.

- Configure role-based access, data security, and approvals.

- Ensure compliance with statutory, audit, and data privacy requirements.

- Support regulatory updates and quarterly Oracle Cloud releases.

- Act as a functional SME for Oracle HCM.

- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.

- Communicate effectively with HR, payroll, IT, and external vendors.

Required Skills & Experience :

Core Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.

- In-depth knowledge of HR business processes.

- Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation.

- Strong understanding of HCM data models and workflows.

- Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HCM Extracts.

- Familiarity with BI Publisher / OTBI reports.

- Understanding of Oracle Fusion security framework
