Position Overview :

MonoSpear is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Practice Lead who can lead customer engagements, guide Oracle EBS and Fusion ERP projects, and provide strategic insights throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, consulting ability, and communication skills.

You will serve as a key customer-facing leadercapable of translating business needs into solution designs, navigating project complexities, and crafting high-quality RFP responses.

You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless delivery of Oracle ERP solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead customer conversations to understand business needs, technology challenges, and project objectives.

- Oversee end-to-end Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

- Develop solution approaches and author RFP responses, proposals, and technical documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver optimized ERP solutions.

- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with Oracle best practices.

- Provide expert guidance on integration strategies, data migration, and system architecture.

- Drive project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

- Mentor team members and support pre-sales activities when needed.

Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion ERP applications.

- Proven ability to engage with customers, understand requirements, and explain complex technical concepts clearly.

- Experience writing RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and solution documents.

- Solid understanding of business process management and consulting methodologies.

- Strong knowledge of integration processes, data flows, and ERP implementation frameworks.

- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively across teams.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Experience managing diverse Oracle ERP implementations is a strong plus.
