Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Planning Consultant to support implementation, enhancements, and ongoing operations for global planning and budgeting projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) with the ability to understand business requirements, configure planning applications, and provide functional/technical support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with finance and business stakeholders to understand planning, budgeting, and forecasting requirements.

- Participate in Oracle EPM Planning (PBCS/EPBCS) implementation projects, enhancements, and support activities.

- Configure and maintain Planning modules including :

1. Workforce Planning.

2. Financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

3. Capex & Opex Planning.

4. Revenue / Sales Planning.

- Build and manage :

1. Calculation Manager rules.

2. Business rules (Groovy scripts).

3. Data forms, dashboards, navigation flows.

4. Smart View templates and reports.

- Support data integration with ERP systems and external sources (Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs).

- Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage enhancements.

- Prepare functional and technical documentation.

- Handle user training, adoption, and hypercare support.

- Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams within the defined shift.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS).

- Experience in both implementation and support/enhancement projects.

- Strong knowledge of financial planning & budgeting processes.

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Calculation Manager.

2. Groovy scripting (preferred).

3. Data Management / FDMEE concepts.

4. Smart View & reporting.

- Understanding of metadata, dimensions, business rules, and data maps.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
