We are looking for an experienced CPQ professional to lead design, configuration and implementation of Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions.

You will take ownership of end- to- end CPQ lifecycle (configure - price - quote), partner with business stakeholders, define solution architecture, lead development/configuration, integrate with other systems and ensure high quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end- to- end CPQ implementations using Oracle CPQ Cloud (formerly BigMachines) - from requirement gathering, solution design, prototyping, configuration, integrations, test, deployment & support.

- Define architecture and roadmap for CPQ implementations; recommend best- practices, standardization & reuse.

- Configure CPQ modules : product configuration (BOMs, attributes, rules), pricing & discounting, quoting, document generation (Document Designer/Doc- Engine), approval workflows, commerce/layouts.

- Develop and maintain integrations between CPQ and external systems (CRM like Salesforce/Oracle CX, ERP, order management), using web services (SOAP/REST), XML/XSLT, middleware as required.

- Write advanced logic/customization in CPQ using BML (Big Machines Markup Language), BMQL, JavaScript/CSS/HTML for UI/layout customizations.

- Manage configuration data : data tables, bulk uploads/data migration, user & group management, code migration, version control.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team, perform code/config reviews, ensure compliance with design standards and performance best- practices.

- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, QA teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery within timelines, quality and budget.

- Document solution architecture, technical specifications, configuration documents, and participate in change management, release planning.

- Stay up to date with CPQ product capabilities, new features, releases and help shape internal best- practice standards.

Required Skills / Experience :

- 8+ years of experience working on Oracle CPQ Cloud (or Big Machines) implementations, ideally more than one full end- to- end lifecycle.

- Strong hands- on experience in CPQ configuration : product modelling, BOMs, rules engine, pricing/discounting, quoting, document engine/layouts.

- Experience writing advanced BPML/BML logic, BMQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS for CPQ UI enhancements.

- Solid integration experience : CRM/ERP integration, middleware, web services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, etc.

- Strong understanding of CPQ solution architecture, performance implications, code/config best- practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem- solving skills and ability to understand business requirements and translate into CPQ solutions.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working in hybrid model in Bengaluru.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science / engineering / related field.

- (Preferred) Certifications in Oracle CPQ Cloud.

- Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps (CI/CD) pipelines is a bonus.
