MonoSpear Technologies - Enterprise Architect - Generative AI

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect AI/GenAI with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and AI/ML solution architecture to design, implement, and scale enterprise-grade AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should have deep experience in cloud architecture, Oracle ERP ecosystems, and modern AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks.

This role requires strategic thinking, technical leadership, and the ability to drive AI transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive enterprise AI/GenAI architecture strategy on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing AI solutions integrated with enterprise applications and business workflows.

- Architect and implement AI/GenAI use cases leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.

- Lead AI solution design for automation, analytics, enterprise search, copilots, and intelligent assistants.

- Integrate AI solutions with Oracle ERP Cloud and other enterprise systems.

- Design APIs, microservices, and data pipelines for AI model consumption and orchestration.

- Build and optimize data workflows for ingestion, transformation, storage, and retrieval.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise governance, security, scalability, and compliance standards.

- Drive best practices for AI lifecycle management, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams for implementation, architecture reviews, and solution governance.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and Oracle AI capabilities for adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of overall experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, or cloud architecture.

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or Generative AI solution architecture.

- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture and services.

- Experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud integrations and enterprise workflows.

- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI solution design.

- Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.

- Knowledge of Agentic AI / AI Agents, orchestration frameworks, and workflow automation.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Experience with SQL, database design, and query optimization.

- Expertise in building and consuming REST APIs.

- Understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, containers, and API-driven systems.

- Experience with data pipelines, embeddings, vector stores, and AI application deployment
