Monkhub Innovations - Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

Solutioning & Pre-Sales (The Architect Phase) :

- Partner with the Sales team during discovery sessions to understand client pain points.

- Draft high-level solution architectures and feature lists for proposals.

- Conduct feasibility studies to recommend optimal tech stackswhether Generative AI, Smart Contracts, or Spatial Computing.

Requirements & Documentation (The Blueprint Phase) :

- Transform abstract ideas into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Functional Specifications.

- Create visual process flows and user journeys to simplify complex logic for stakeholders.

- Maintain a well-prioritized product backlog using Agile methodologies.

Delivery & Innovation (The Execution Phase) :

- Collaborate closely with Developers and UI/UX Designers to ensure the final solution aligns with client expectations.

- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate robustness and business value.

- Stay updated on emerging trends in Web3, LLMs, and AR/VR to provide proactive consulting.

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Experience : 2+ years as a Business Analyst in software product or services environments.

- Technical Fluency : Strong understanding of APIs, Databases, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Smart Contracts, and XR technologies.

- Communication Mastery : Ability to present complex solutions to executives and discuss technical constraints with developers.

- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills : Aptitude for bridging business requirements and technical feasibility.
