Shift Options :

- 2 PM - 11 PM - Hybrid

- 10 PM - 7 AM - WFH

- Alert Correlation & Alert Noise Reduction

- Incident Routing & Automation

- REST APIs - JSON - Webhooks - Authentication

- Cloud & On - Prem Monitoring

- Troubleshooting & Monitoring Platform Administration

Ideal Candidate :

8 - 10 years of relevant experience + strong Moogsoft/AIOps + ITSM integration experience + Immediate availability.
