We are seeking an experienced professional to design, implement, and support enterprise-level monitoring solutions in a large, complex environment.

This hands-on role involves working with both open-source and commercial tools, providing technical leadership, and ensuring seamless integration into the enterprise ecosystem.

Additionally, you will offer local leadership and mentorship to the monitoring and automation team.

What Youll Do :

- Develop and maintain efficient monitoring solutions and tools for enterprise infrastructure.

- Identify and implement improvements to existing tools, alerts, and processes.

- Collaborate across departments to deliver business objectives effectively.

- Lead technical design and integration of monitoring solutions into the enterprise environment.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to local team members.

What Were Looking For :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred.

- Multiple years of relevant experience; financial services industry experience is a plus.

- Multiple years with enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, SolarWinds Orion, NetScout), including deployment and administration.

- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.

- Multiple years of development experience in Java or Python.

- Multiple years scripting experience (Unix : Bash; Windows : PowerShell, VB).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
