Description : We are looking for an experienced Monitoring and Observability System Architect. Design the architecture of network monitoring & observability solutions in the overall Service Assurance systems landscape. Define standards and best practices for monitoring and observability. Collaborate with business teams to gather business requirements in term of (auto-)discovery, collect, alerting, correlation, AIOps, dashboard and reporting solutions. Integrate and optimize the use of Blueplanet UAA and Splunk for cross domain data correlation, alerting, predictive features, and dashboarding.

Responsibilities :
- Design the architecture of network monitoring & observability solutions.
- Define standards and best practices for monitoring and observability.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather business requirements.
- Integrate and optimize the use of Blueplanet UAA and Splunk.
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of demonstrated success as a technical leader in Monitoring and Observability.
Required Skills :
- Proficiency with Splunk and BluePlanet UAA (or other industry standard monitoring and observability tools).
- Strong knowledge of cloud environments (Azure (preferred), GCP, AWS).
- Microservices architectures and containerization technologies (Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of data collection and monitoring protocols.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Data collection and monitoring protocols (SNMP, NetFlow / sFlow, Syslog, REST API, Messaging bus (e.g. kafka), OpenTelemetry, etc.).
- Network services architecture (SDWAN, Cloud Connectivity, MPLS, etc.).
