Job Description:

1. Role: Mongo DB Developer

2. Required Technical Skill Set: Mongo DB, Spring boot Integration, Marklogic

3. Desired Experience Range: 6-12 years

4. Location of Requirement: Offshore (Delhi NCR, Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata)

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):

Must-Have - MongoDB Development:

- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing NoSQL databases using MongoDB.

- Proficiency in schema design, indexing strategies, and performance optimization.

- Experience with MongoDB aggregation framework and query tuning.

Java & Spring Boot:

- Strong programming skills in Java and experience with Spring Boot framework.

- Expertise in building and integrating Microservices using RESTful APIs.

- Understanding of MarkLogic architecture, including clustering, indexing, and data modeling.

Good-to-Have:

- Experience with MarkLogic Query Console, Admin API, and MarkLogic Data Hub.

- Familiarity with structured data formats such as XML and JSON.

- Knowledge of integration strategies for data synchronization and movement in distributed systems.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable NoSQL solutions using MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning.

2. Develop and integrate Java Spring Boot microservices with MongoDB for enterprise-grade applications.

3. Build and expose RESTful APIs for seamless data access and integration across systems.

4. Handle database migrations and support scaling efforts to ensure that systems can accommodate increasing data volume.

5. Assist in writing and optimizing MarkLogic queries using Query Console and Admin API.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrations and transformations with other systems.

7. Implement and manage security policies within MarkLogic, including role-based access controls.

8. Ensure data integrity and availability through effective backup, replication, and monitoring strategies.
