MongoDB Developer - Microservices Architecture

Job Overview :

- Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB collections, documents, indexes, and schemas.

- Perform advanced CRUD operations, aggregation pipelines, and data modeling.

Work extensively on MongoDB Atlas :

- Cluster creation and configuration

- Performance monitoring

- Index management

- Backup/restore

- Security & access control

- Implement query optimization and improve database performance.

- Work with ETL workflows and data ingestion pipelines.

- Implement and maintain search capabilities (Lucene, full-text, vector search, semantic search

- if applicable).

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate MongoDB within microservices and APIs.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in C# / .NET development.

- Solid understanding of MongoDB concepts : CRUD, schema design, collections, documents,

indexes.

- Practical experience with MongoDB Atlas (clusters, performance tools, alerts, monitoring).

- Experience with query optimization, indexing strategies, and aggregation pipelines.

- Knowledge of ETL processes, data migrations, and transformation.

- Understanding of NoSQL data modeling and performance tuning.

Good to Have :

- Experience with microservices (.NET Core).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, or containerization (Docker/K8s).
