About the Role :

We are seeking a MongoDB Developer with strong Agile expertise to join our team as a Data Management Practitioner. In this role, you will combine hands-on MongoDB proficiency with Agile leadership, coaching teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. You will mentor Scrum teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure alignment between technical delivery and business goals, while also solving data-related challenges across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in MongoDB and Agile delivery.

- Collaborate with development teams to design, optimize, and manage MongoDB databases.

- Provide solutions for complex technical and process challenges.

- Facilitate communication between developers, product owners, and stakeholders.

- Drive decision-making for both immediate and cross-functional teams.

- Mentor and coach teams to improve delivery performance and Agile adoption.

- Analyze metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills :

- MongoDB : Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in design, development, administration, and performance optimization.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams.

- Ability to analyze delivery metrics and propose improvement strategies.

- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.).

Nice to Have :

- Experience working in multi-team Agile environments.

- Exposure to enterprise-scale data solutions.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
