Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills:

- 8+ years of experience with databases; minimum 35 years hands-on with MongoDB.

- Strong experience with MongoDB Atlas, Ops Manager, and Cloud Manager.

- Expertise in schema design, NoSQL data modeling, sharding, and replication.

- Hands-on experience with indexing, aggregation pipeline, and query tuning.

- Proficiency with Linux, shell scripting, and automation tools.

- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes deployments.

- Experience with backup/restore, disaster recovery, and HA architecture.

- Familiarity with streaming tools (Kafka), ETL, and microservice architecture.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.

- Ability to lead architectural discussions and drive technical decisions.
