We are seeking a creative and proficient Experience Designer to play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our digital products, currently used by over 10 million customers. We invite candidates with 2-7+ years of experience and a strong portfolio to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

- User Research & Insights : Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand target audiences, their behaviours, pain points, and needs.

- Design Conceptualisation : Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively visualize ideas and test design concepts, leveraging modern design and AI tools.

- Interface Development : Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with user needs and business goals, ensuring design consistency across the product spectrum.

- Visual Design : Design aesthetically appealing and functional UI elements (e.g., buttons, icons, menus) demonstrating a strong sense of typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design quality and consistency throughout the entire project lifecycle.

- Testing and Iteration : Plan and conduct usability tests, rigorously analyse feedback, and iterate designs to continuously enhance the overall user experience.

- Design System Management : Contribute to or maintain design systems to ensure cohesive branding, UI consistency, and efficient scaling of design across various platforms.

- Responsiveness : Ensure all designs are fully responsive and adaptable across different devices and screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop).

- Continuous Learning : Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the UX/UI design industry.

Requirements :

- Experience : 2-7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a product-focused or technology-driven environment.

- Tool Proficiency : Expertise in leading design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, integrated with AI tools.

- Design Principles : Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and design thinking methodology.

- Portfolio : A robust portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills and demonstrated work on mobile and web applications.

- Prototyping : Proven ability to create detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with meticulous attention to detail.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

- Research Experience : Proven experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting analytics to inform design decisions.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with advanced prototyping and interaction design principles.

- Familiarity with animation principles.

- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.

- Experience working in agile development environments.
