Profile Overview :

We are seeking a creative and talented Experience Designer to join our team. As an Experience Designer, you will play a key role in designing intuitive, engaging digital products that meet our users' needs.

You have 2 - 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, a passion for user-centered design principles, and a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our digital products used by 10 million+ users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research to understand target audiences, their behaviors, pain points, and needs.

- This includes user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

- Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize ideas and test design concepts using AI tools.

- Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with user needs and business goals, ensuring consistency in design across the product.

- Design appealing and functional UI elements (i.e., buttons, icons, menus) with a strong sense of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure design quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

- Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to improve the user experience.

- Contribute to or maintain design systems, ensuring cohesive branding, UI consistency, and efficient scaling of design across multiple platforms.

- Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable across different devices and screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop).

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.

Requirements :

- 2-4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product-focused or technology-driven environment.

- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar with AI tools.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and design thinking methodology.

- Strong visual design skills with a solid portfolio demonstrating work on mobile and web applications.

- Proven ability to create detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with various stakeholders.

- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting analytics to inform design decisions.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with prototyping tools.

- Familiarity with animation and interaction design principles.

- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.

- Experience working in agile development environments.
