- 5+ years in a forward-deployed, implementation, or technical role delivering solutions on Monday.com - with proven, hands-on experience designing and building end-to-end solutions including complex boards, dashboards, automations, custom workflows, and API/app integrations in production environments.

- A track record of shipped Monday.com solutions - able to walk through real examples of business problems solved, the solution architecture chosen, and the measurable impact delivered.

- Hands-on experience with other low-code/no-code automation platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, or Power Automate - comfortable selecting the right tool for the job and connecting systems across an automation ecosystem.

- Strong ability to translate business processes into structured workflows and system logic - comfortable facilitating discovery with operational and executive stakeholders, not just technical ones.

- Strong working knowledge of integration protocols, including REST APIs, GraphQL, SAML/OIDC, and SCIM.

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI - including LLMs, MCP, and AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.

- Thrives in ambiguous, high-stakes environments - owns problems end-to-end and drives them to resolution without a defined playbook.

- Communicates complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and produces documentation that scales beyond the individual engagement.

- Moves fast, thinks long-term, and treats every problem as an opportunity to build something better.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
