About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled Omniverse Developer to join our team and drive the development of advanced digital twin solutions. In this role, you will work on real-time simulation environments using NVIDIA Omniverse, bringing physical systems to life through accurate, immersive, and data-driven 3D experiences.
You will play a key role in building dynamic simulations that replicate real-world scenarios, including real-time and historical data playback, physics-based interactions, and intelligent object behavior.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement digital twin solutions using NVIDIA Omniverse for real-world simulations.
- Design and build Python-based scripts to control object movements, trigger events, and enable real-time interactions.
- Implement physics-based animations to simulate realistic object behaviors and interactions.
- Create event-driven systems to dynamically manage objects entering, exiting, and interacting within scenes.
- Build real-time and historical data visualization and playback capabilities.
- Optimize performance for large-scale 3D environments and ensure seamless rendering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, designers, and simulation experts.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance system performance within the Omniverse ecosystem.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Omniverse, USD workflows, and simulation technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 2 to 5 years of experience in digital twin development or 3D simulation projects.
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse (Kit, Isaac Sim, or related extensions).
- Strong proficiency in Python scripting for real-time event handling and object control.
- Experience with physics simulations (PhysX, rigid body dynamics, soft body physics).
- Familiarity with real-time data streaming and historical data simulation.
- Working knowledge of USD (Universal Scene Description) and 3D scene manipulation.
- Experience with GPU-based rendering and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with AI/ML integration for predictive simulations.
- Familiarity with ROS, IoT ecosystems, or cloud-based simulation platforms.
- Exposure to game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) or industrial automation workflows.
