Are you a skilled developer with a passion for building scalable solutions using the Frappe framework? We're looking for a Module Lead to join our team and drive the development and customization of Frappe/ERPNext modules. In this role, you'll play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining our enterprise applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

What You'll Do :

- Development & Customization: Build and customize new Frappe modules to meet specific business needs. Develop new functionalities, troubleshoot issues in ERPNext applications, and integrate third-party APIs to ensure seamless data flow.

- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to end-users, quickly resolving system issues. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all implementations and configurations.

- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend effective technical solutions. Participate in code reviews to ensure all development adheres to high-quality standards.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Frappe/ERPNext developments and continuously optimize application performance to ensure efficiency and scalability.

What You'll Need :

Experience : 4-8 years of experience in software development.

Mandatory Skills : Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript.

- You must have hands-on experience with the Frappe/ERPNext framework.

Technical Skills :

- Solid understanding of relational databases.

- Experience with Git for version control.

- Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Notice Period : Ability to join us with a notice period of 30 days or less is preferred.
