Experience level : 5 to 7 Years
Skills Required : Mobile Banking, Digital Channels, Omni Channels, Internet Banking
Roles and responsibilities :
- Mandatory domain experience in Online Banking, including :
1. Mobile Banking
2. Internet Banking
3. Digital Channels
4. Omni Channels / Multi-channel customer journeys
- Strong understanding of digital banking workflows and customer journeys.
- Experience testing mobile apps, responsive web apps, and browser/device compatibility.
- Solid understanding of STLC, SDLC, defect life cycle, regression testing, and UAT processes.
- Good knowledge of API behavior and ability to perform basic API validation using Postman.
- Experience with test management tools : Jira, ALM, TestRail, Zephyr.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
