We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team.

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and user experiences for our digital products and platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and project goals.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and identify user needs and pain points.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user interactions.

- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and user experience.

- Develop style guides, design systems, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

- Iterate designs based on feedback, user testing, and usability studies, incorporating changes and refinements as needed.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design, and advocate for user-centred design principles within the organization.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

- Knowledge of user interface design principles, information architecture, and interaction design patterns.

- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and their impact on UI/UX design.

- Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color, layout, and composition.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders and team members.

- Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
